Donation Invoice Template

The donation invoice is for any type of gift that is given by an individual or entity to a 501(3)(c) non-profit corporation (Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3)). The type of gift commonly ranges from payment (cash, credit card, etc.), personal property (clothing, furniture, etc.), or food. The benefit to any donation given by a taxpayer in the United States is that they are able to deduct up to 50% off their adjusted gross income at the end of the year.
