Regardless of whether a client hires an individual to clean their pool or a pool-cleaning company, it’s important that the invoice details each service that was completed by the cleaner as well as the charge for each of those services. In some cases, the cleaner may choose to simply charge their customers by the hour, no matter what services were completed. In addition to services, a cleaning company may need to fix or repair a part of the pool, which will require parts/materials; these items should be listed on the invoice. The invoice must include the total amount owed and the date upon which payment must be made so the client can make the necessary arrangements after their pool has been cleaned.
