A videographer is hired for an event or production (e.g., weddings, business conferences, music videos, film, TV) and will keep track of all tasks they perform for the person or company that hired them. In addition to any physical undertakings, the videographer may need to rent or buy lights, dollies, tripods, and other equipment. After they have finished shooting and/or editing, all tasks and equipment will be entered into the invoice along with the associated charges. The invoice will include the total amount owed by the hiring party as well as the date upon which they must make the payment.
